Consultancy & Processing Fees

• Consultancy fees paid to Abroad EduWorld are non-refundable once services have commenced.

• Application processing fees for universities, visa submissions, or training institutions are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to third parties.

Program & Placement Fees

• If you withdraw from a program before official application submission, a partial refund (after deducting administrative charges) may be considered.

• No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after application submission, visa rejection due to false information, or failure to comply with requirements.

Program Cancellation by Abroad EduWorld

If a program is canceled by Abroad EduWorld or our direct partners (e.g., universities, training centers), you will be entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Visa & Travel Costs

Visa application fees, flight tickets, and travel costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@abroadew.com with supporting documentation. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
